What is the Hardest Part of Blogging for Business?

I love writing my blogs. I have 3 right now. The problem with blogging for my business is that I am constantly adding new pages. There are not enough hours in the day for me to research and write a good blog post, and still have time to build links to that post so that I get good traffic.

What is the solution?

Outsourcing your link building is critical to your success if you are running a blog. There are al ot of ways you can do this. You can go to craigslist, or Elance, and hire someone to do it for you. I know several people doing this and having a lot of success with it.

Another option is to make contacts with other blog owners and write content for them. That is great and I recommend it to anyone who has the time. Getting unique articles posted on other peoples blogs is a great way to get exposure. Especially if you are new to the niche.

My personal favorite is to post articles to a Blog Network. This works the same as guest posting with a few differences.

First you do not have to track down and get permission to do it with the blog owners. If you join a good Network like Article Marketing Automation (duh, of course its an affiliate link), You can get your article posted on a lot of blogs around the niche.

What I like to do is write my blog post, then write another article on the same topic. I submit my unique article to ezines, and make my blog post. Then I spin each of those on Article Marketing Automation’s spinner to create multiple unique versions that will be posted throughout the network.

Then I go to ProperSEO (yep I’m an affiliate) and submit my new page to them. I personally hate link building. It takes time away from doing other important things that I am good at. Now I do not always do it this way. If I don’t have anything better to do, I will take the time to do it myself.

But running multiple sites takes a lot of time. I often work 10 hour days on my sites. Of course if I where to outsource more, I could spend less time, but I enjoy what I am doing.

When I have the time, I try to build the links myself. However, the more you outsource the more time you have to run your business rather than working your business.
