5 Ways to Provide Customer Satisfaction Online Today

Providing customer satisfaction online is not that difficult. Follow these simple tips and your visitors will come back and become your customers.

Respect

Respect for your visitors is critical to online success. This is simple to understand. If you where the visitor, how would you want to be treated? Respect is sometimes difficult to give. Everyone has his or her own idea of what is respectful and what is not. Being compassionate to the problems of your visitors is a good way to show respect. Respect other people’s opinions.

Don’t start name calling or harassing people because they disagree with something you say or do. This also goes for other sites, blogs and in your traffic building strategies.

Change your perspective

Learn to look at things from a different point of view. Don’t get so set on being right that you ignore a potential problem. This can be disastrous for your business. Learning to see your customer’s point of view will help you spot potential problems.  Have someone else proof read your writing. Have them read it critically to see if it is valuable information. Learn to take criticism. It can show you a potential problem with customer satisfaction that you need to address.

KISS it

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got for any strategy. Whether it is writing, commenting, or an advertisement, remember to KISS it. Keep It Short and Simple.

Of course, you have to decide what is a too short. You need to keep it short enough to keep people’s attention, but long enough to cover the information you are providing completely. Customer satisfaction online primarily will come from the content you provide. Make sure it is informative.

One tip if you have a long article is that you can break it up into multiple segments. Try to keep your articles between 500 and 1000 words. That should be long enough to cover the topic well, but not too long to keep someone’s attention. You can go longer than this if you have to, but try to limit how often you take that approach.

FREE Give Away

Giving away a free book, report, or training program is a great way to build customer satisfaction online. Often, people will think that if you give so much away for free then what you are selling must be even better.  Make sure this is true.
Write a special report, give away a good product, add bonuses to products you are promoting, and have giveaway contests. These are great ways to build customer satisfaction and keep people interested in what you have to share.

Polls, Surveys, and Contests

Provide surveys and polls. Add them to your website or blog. Send them to your email list. Then take the information you get to improve your business. You can use the good feedback as testimonials in the future. Provide a giveaway to people who participate. Put together a training video, or a e book that will be valuable to people who fill out the poll.
You can provide your customers with a very satisfying experience by putting on a contest. Have them send in their best experiences or worst experiences. This will help increase your knowledge about your customers, and it will give them something to look forward to. Even if they don’t win the contest, they will come back to see if you are having another one.
