The way that I find commentluv enabled blogs is once I written a post i take the subject or break it into section and search the keyword and commentluv i.e "ted baker commentluv" and this has worked for me. Might point out in case other fashion bloggers find this post that my fashion blog is Commentluv do follow. Though if a comment is spammy or of the great post variety i do remove the commentluv. I wrote up a page stating what I would offer to do, and included links in my blog posts to the services. then I focussed on blog posts on topics people interested in my services would want to read.
