A blog network will waste your time posting links on worthless blogs that are never promoted. If you are lucky, maybe 5/100 of the blogs your links get posted on will ever see any traffic. And, that is not to say that it will be to your post.

Social bookmarking works a lot faster and a lot better than posting your articles on hundreds of blogs that never see any traffic. If you choose social bookmarking sites that are well promoted, you will get a lot of great traffic to your site. you will also build your reputation, and a following that will hang on your every word. You need access to hundreds of sites, and a way to post to them without wasting hours of your precious time.
Fresh Content
Posting fresh content is critical. However, unless you plan to write thousands of fresh articles, you need to learn how to spin properly. You need a human controlled spinner that will drive your site to success, and give you unique content to syndicate around the web.
Content Syndication
If your content was instantly syndicated across hundreds of sites, you would get your site found faster, and drive your way to success. Rather than paying loads of cash for a blog network that will post your article on worthless blogs, that never give you traffic, you could spend some time to post your content on your own blogs.
