So I got the rest of the Affilojetpacks this morning, and helping some people out already. Rewriting the content for my site, and a few others, and getting ready to push this stuff out. Still Muddling My way through a few things, but overall it is going great. even had a new idea for taking one of the articles, and turning it into a full blown authority site. well, not as is of course, but one is such that with some research and time on my hands I could build up a 230 page authority website easily.

Anyway, if you haven’t gotten it yet, I really recommend that you check it out. If you want to start an opt in list, have some great content for article marketing, are looking for well researched material for reference, or pretty much anything you want, it is awesome.

I have seen so many ways to use this content, I probably won’t be able to do half of it, much less all of it.

anyway, got 7 new sites up and at least one page going on it, so it “has content”. Now to set up the fun autoresponders, and kick it in front of a crowd of people. thats going to take a while to set them all up, after all a years worth of emails for 5 different sequences is alot, no matter who you are.

As usual, Mark has some really great training videos as well, covering everything from finding your unique selling point, and rewriting your content to reflect that, to all kinds of traffic strategies, both free and paid. of course, he does focus, on SEO rather than other traffic methods, but , nobody is perfect.

Hey guys, this is just a reminder that Mark Ling’s AffiloJetpack is launching at noon eastern time today. This is one of the most talked about products of the summer. The training is awesome, but just the content alone is well worth getting this awesome package.

Mark has spent months scouring the web and trying to break down the most common barriers that keep people from making it into the big leagues. He has come up with a system that will blow your socks off. You get all the content you need to build a 20 page site, and to run an email list for the next year. And, you get all of this for 5 of the most profitable niche markets online. Heck, you don’t even need to seek out products to start with. Mark has done all the hard work for you. All you need to do is set it up and let it roll.

Of course you may want to rewrite the articles, and do a little keyword research to get started if you are going to rely on the good old seo traffic, but this  is the closest thing to having everything done for you that Mark could come up with.

you may want to grab onto something though.

You see, As I am looking through Mark’s package here, I just think you need a little something more. So, I am going to give you my Affilojetpack bonus package and let you see for yourself just how great this package really is. But, its only available for 50 people, and the doors close on August the 5th, so if you want in, you better get in while it is hot.

After going through the Jetpacks myself, I put together a serries of bonuses to help you get you pages up and running, and make everything super cool. You get my own personal Traffic Formula, as well as additional training, and over 8 hours of audio recordings, ( just listening to me talk marketing for 8 hours should be worth the package by itself. )

The crowds are lining up at the door as everyone is begging to get in, so you better hurry up and get ready for a wild rush to the doors. you don’t want to miss the excitement, or the cool bonuses that you are looking for.

So, I log in today to moderate comments, and I always look through the spam folder, because occasionally a valid comment accidentally winds up there. I almost had to go to the hospital I was laughing so hard when I saw this one…

Note: I am editing this slightly to take out some adult content, and kill the 4 links they included in this crap…

“HELP! I’m currently being held prisoner by the Russian mafia xyzrxyz {edited for content} xyzrxyz and being forced to post spam comments on blogs and forum! If you don’t approve this they will kill me. xyzrxyz{edited for content}xyzrxyz They’re coming back now. xyzrxyz {edited for content}xyzrxyz Please send help!”

Just how far will people go to get their spam posted online? And the bad thing is, they actully are stupid enough to think someone will fall for it, and approve this crap.  Sorry but I get a little agitated when it comes to people spamming me and my friends.

I was torn between laughing so hard I split my side, and getting pissed that someone sent this crap to my blog. Anyway, I am wondering if I should report this to the authorities…( I doubt that there is any truth to the comment, but then again….spammers will do anything to get their crap online. why not start taking hostages?)

What do you think? Should I let it go, or try to report it to someone? Also, if you think I should report it, who should I turn it in to? I am stumped on this one.

I recently got an email from a guy who has been reading my blog here, and he was asking  “What is the key to climbing the ladder of success online?” He has struggled to do anything successfully, and is pretty much on the verge of giving up. Since this is a common problem, I decided to make this post for everyone to see.

The #1 key: Outsourcing ASAP

Outsourcing and hiring help is the number one key to climbing the ladder of success in IM. Whether it is posting links, writing new content, or getting some cool new graphics. This is one thing I see a lot of people miss, and sometimes it is hard when you just start out.

Most people that I know who are looking to succeed online start out trying to do everything, and wind up not making any progress at all. This is because they get overwhelmed with trying to learn every nuance and detail of every step that they take.

Getting started when you don’t have any Money

Your job is not to be an expert at EVERYTHING. Focus on learning the basics. You don’t have to pick perfect keywords, the perfect niche, write masterpeice articles, or any of that. Your goal with your first site should be get it up, make it look decent, and try to make just a few sales. Focus your attention on getting it moving forward. Sometimes good enough really is good enough. Dont’ try to perfect everything. This is what leads to overthinking and analysis paralysis, constantly looking at things, and failing to take action. If you try to do that with every detail, you wont make any progress.

Instead, do what you have to do to get off the ground, with as little analyzing as possible. Just do something. If it works, repeat it if it. As soon as you see some results, start repeating it over and over again. Focus on traffic, and getting links built, not making sales. Those will come later.

Now, as soon as you make any money at all, (5 sales if you are using Clickbank, and have to pass their threshold), Don’t stick it in your pocket. Pay someone else to write more articles for you, or buy a link building package and have someone do that. Pick the one thing that you are the worst at, or hate doing the most and pay someone who is good at it to do it for you. This will free up more time for you, and you will then be able to relax just a little.

Moving Forward

Take a new action every day, even if it is just a simple article, or 10 article submissions. If you submit 10 articles a day, it is not as overwhelming as thinking about submitting 200 or 300 articles. As you outsource more, you can increase your daily production goals a little at a time.

When I started out, I did everything myself. I lost my job and started freelancing on top of running my sites. I had to pocket the money I was making to keep myself afloat. This made it much harder to get anywhere. Even if you can only spend $20/month on outsourcing, that will take a lot of stress off of you. Over time, you may want to build it up and hire people to work for you full time. This will give you a team of people working to build up your business, and will help you take the stress off.

Your ultimate goal as you climb  the ladder of success should be to not be doing any of the actual work yourself. That is one of the secrets of the super affiliates that I have learned. They pay others to do the work, and they spend their time helping customers, planning new projects, and managing the business rather than working in the business.

So this brings us to our question of the day. What is your biggest obstacle to outsourcing? Is it the cost? Is it the trust factor? Let me know what stops you from outsourcing.

(And how to do it right)

As you probably know by now, Mark Ling’s PLR content pacakage, and affiliate fast cash training is Coming soon. AffiloJetpack is looking to be the best business in a box solution that the net has ever seen. Now, I haven’t bought every single one out there (any one who says that they have, I would run away from). However, I really think that this one outshines everything else.

However, I do see one big flaw in the system, and I want to give you a bit of a warning. It is not a bad thing, really, but it could cause a lot of problems. It all comes down to one specific niche in the Jetpacks.

There is one niche that Mark and his staff have consistently warned newbies away from. Not so much because they cannot make it, as because it is so full of fake experts and scammers, and he doesn’t want his students falling into the same traps that so many others have.

Now, he has a Jetpack available in the same niche. Now this niche is one of the most profitable niches online. It has a huge barrier to entry, and it is the cause of many failures online, (mainly by doing it the wrong way).

Now by now you may have guessed that the niche that I am talking about here is the IM niche.  This is one of the most competetive niches online, and it has ruined many otherwise good affiliates.

As I am going through and rewriting the jetpacks for my own sites, I am really concerned about this niche. For one thing, all the articles are written from the expert point of view. All the ebooks and articles are written from the Super affiliate point of view. This is great if you are an expert at marketing. However, if you are not an expert, you don’t want to pretend to be one.

Now, this niche is great, and I am not saying that you should avoid it. However, you need to change the content enough that you are honest with people, yet build authority at the same time.Using a plr content package does not make you an authority. It just gives you a little extra knowledge that you may not have had before.

When you start promoting this niche, if you claim to have the secret to showing people how to make money, you have to be careful. I have to laugh at people that I see in the forums with a signature that claims to have the solution to all your money problems, while they are asking questions on how to make $100 (or sometimes even less).

If you do this, you lose all credibility with people. If you want to go after this niche, I have a few recommendations to follow

1. Don’t use this one first. If you are new, you want to at least get your feet wet. Use some of the other Jetpacks. Get the first one or two actually making money. Then, you will be able to position yourself as someone who really has experience at making money online.

2. Don’t position yourself as an expert. You are there to recommend people to the experts, not to be one. As an affiliate, you don’t have to be an expert at everything that you do.  When I started this site, I had been working online for about 2 weeks. My posts were about my journey, and I simply had a couple of ads in the sidebar. I didnt even promote it much. I linked to it in my signature file on several forums, and when someone asked a question that I could answer from experience, I would. This brought traffic to my site, and it jump started my success. Although I made my first few sales in other niches, this blog was the first one making consistent sales.

3. Start up a simple service. One of the biggest things that has helped me as an affiliate is running services. They don’t have to be huge, or complex. Again, most of my promotion for my services has been through my blog posts, on forums, and social sites. One thing that I found is that by doing work for my clients, and helping them out on things outside of just the service, I was able to build up my authority. Some of my clients have become my biggest customers of affiliate products I promote. (you can learn how to do all this with my Quick Cash Secrets if you get my  affilojetpack bonuses here.)

4. Dont’ target the big keywords. This niche converts like crazy with a lot less traffic if you do it right.  You don’t need to go after the huge keywords. Most of the keywords that I target within this niche get less than 700 monthly searches, yet I get a lot of traffic that converts. These keywords are easier to rank highly for, and rather than spending months to get traffic to your site, you can get them within days or weeks.

Just don’t try to fake it till you make it in this niche. You will get called out, and it will hurt your reputation more than it helps you.  However, if you rewrite the content to come from a position of someone who is learning IM rather than someone who is an expert, this can be the most lucrative Jetpack that you will find.

A big part of my bonus package is designed to teach you how to do all of this easily. If you want to succeed with this highly lucrative niche, I recommend taking advantage of the AFfilojetpack bonuses that you can find here today. Mark Ling’s PLR content package is one of the best that you will find, and if you use it right, it will blast you past the competition, and into a successful position online.
